Tiffany has been working in mental health for 10 years. She was drawn to the profession because of her passion for working with people who were surviving traumatic grief. Her practice experience has included hospital crisis response for domestic violence centers, running support groups, and individual therapy for grief/loss, trauma, parenting, and relationship concerns. Tiffany most enjoys working with women and their families as they navigate all facets of the transition to parenthood.

Tiffany began specializing in Perinatal Mental Health in 2019, with the creation of Centimano’s group therapy program. As Group Program Director, she works diligently to create spaces for women to come together in mutual support to deepen their own understanding of their experiences. She has a passion for facilitating groups that allow stories to be told, education to be shared, and communal support to facilitate the healing process.

Tiffany received her master’s degree from the University of Kansas and became a licensed social worker in 2014. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker pursuing clinical licensure under the supervision of Meeka Centimano (KS Lic. #3830). Tiffany has completed her Certificate in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders through Postpartum Support International. Additionally, she pursues ongoing education both formally and informally in perinatal mental health, trauma support, relationship and family systems, and group dynamics.
