What is the range of prices for therapy?
$100-$180 per session. The range has to do with number of years’ experience in mental health and number of years as a trained specialist. We offer group support and therapy where we connect a group of 5 moms. You get 1.5 hours of therapeutic support for $60!
If my insurance doesn’t cover your services, how can I afford to see you?
Our services qualify for Health Savings Account coverage (HSA). We’ll swipe your HSA card and give you any documentation you need.

We don’t expect you to be here every week or forever. It’s not how our therapy works. We see you for first visit and determine together what frequency will look like and space it apart as soon as it makes sense to you.
Do you take insurance?
We do not have agreements with any insurance company to accept what they want to pay us for our work. HOWEVER, we will file claims for you and if you have out of network benefits you will get a check back from the insurance company each time we file.
How do I find out what my insurance policy will cover if I am not sure I have out of network services?
It’s one simple question to them: ”I want to see a therapist that is not in your network. What will it cost me?”
